 Returns & Exchanges at Spa-Nights

We want your experience with Spa-Nights to be effortless and positive. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help you return or exchange your product easily and transparently.

 


 

Online Return Request

Need to return a product? Use our Returns Portal to get started. You’ll be able to:

  • Select which item(s) you’re returning

  • Choose the reason for return

  • Download a return label (free or paid, depending on the case)

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email or message us with a clear cancellation request. You’re welcome to use our return form or the EU withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

🚫 Note: Hygiene-related products (like unsealed cosmetics or personal care items) cannot be returned once opened.

 


 

Refund Process

If you cancel your order within 14 days, we’ll:

  • Refund your purchase amount within 14 days

  • Include standard delivery costs (not return shipping unless it was our error)

  • Use the same payment method used during purchase

You must return the goods within the same 14-day window. If you send them before the 14-day deadline, you’re on time.

⚠️ Products must be unused and returned in original condition. Opened or used sealed items cannot be refunded.

 


 

Received the Wrong or Faulty Item?

Please compare the item number on the product with the order confirmation email. If they don’t match or the item is defective:

  • Contact us immediately at info@spa-nights.com

  • We’ll send you instructions and a free return label

 


 

Ordered the Wrong Product?

If you made a mistake while ordering, you’re welcome to return the item. However, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
